MY MILITARY STORY

I enlisted in the Navy just three months after graduating from high school. What started as a journey into the unknown quickly became a 21-year adventure filled with camaraderie and a profound sense of connection. My initial enlistment period passed, but I continued to serve proudly. Over those years, I absorbed vital life lessons in organization, discipline, grit, and an unwavering work ethic. I entered as a naive youngster with no clear direction, and I emerged as a determined, driven individual, always seeking opportunities for self-improvement.

My Civilian Transition

As a veteran, I understand the challenge of adjusting to civilian life after retirement. I focus on serving retired veterans because, after spending many years in the service, I understand that adjusting to undisciplined civilian ways can be frustrating and overwhelming. We veterans are a bit lost, because the structure and discipline are gone. I can ease the adjustment because I’ve been there, and I have the training, experience, credentials, desire, and passion to provide the very best nutrition and wellness coaching experience you can hope to have.
